Our leadership.

 Pastor Dan Bohannon
Lead Pastor

Dan came to know the Lord in 1968 when neighborhood friends invited him to attend a Vacation Bible School at their church. It was there that he first heard the gospel and placed his faith in Jesus Christ as his Savior.

Later, Dan and his family became members of Santa Rosa Bible Church, where he spent many years raising his family, operating his own general contracting business, and serving in various leadership roles within the church. During those years, the Lord developed in him a growing love for God's Word, teaching, and shepherding people, eventually leading him into pastoral ministry.

In 1996, Santa Rosa Bible Church sent Dan to Ukiah Bible Church to serve as Associate Pastor. Four years later, the congregation called him to serve as Senior Pastor. After ministering at Ukiah Bible Church until 2002, Dan and Connie moved to LaGrange, Wyoming, where Dan pursued formal theological training at Frontier School of the Bible. During this season, they also became certified biblical counselors through Caring for the Heart Ministries.

While attending Frontier, Dan and Connie helped plant a church in Bridgeport, Nebraska. Following his graduation, Dan continued his theological studies, earning a Master of Biblical Studies from Tyndale Theological Seminary and Biblical Institute and a Doctor of Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary. As the founding pastor of the church in Bridgeport, Dan served there for thirteen years, helping establish, shepherd, and strengthen the ministry through the faithful teaching of God's Word.

Then, in 2016, the Lord opened the door for Dan and Connie to return to Ukiah Bible Church, where Dan now serves as Lead Pastor.

Dan is passionate about the clear and practical teaching of God's Word, biblical counseling, discipleship, and leadership development. He especially enjoys helping people understand the Scriptures, apply God's truth to everyday life, and grow in their relationship with Christ. His desire is to see believers become mature disciples who love God, love one another, and faithfully serve the Lord in their homes, workplaces, and church.

Dan and Connie have two adult daughters and three grandchildren. Together they count it a privilege to serve the people of Ukiah Bible Church and invest in the next generation of believers.

Pastor Dave Dick
Executive Pastor

Dave Dick came to faith in Jesus Christ in 1998 after attending a Christian high school winter camp retreat. It was there that he heard the gospel and placed his trust in Christ as Savior. Shortly afterward, he began attending Ukiah Bible Church, where he was baptized and discipled by faithful men who helped him grow in his love for God and His Word. During those formative years, Dave sensed God's call to vocational ministry.

Dave graduated from The Master's University in 2005 with a degree in Biblical Studies. While attending college, he met his wife, Julie, and together they began building a life centered on serving Christ and His church. Following graduation, Dave joined the staff of Ukiah Bible Church as an Associate Pastor, overseeing student ministries and worship ministries.

Throughout his ministry, Dave has maintained a deep love for worship through music. He enjoys singing, playing guitar, writing music, and helping God's people express their love for Christ through song. His passion for worship and discipleship continues to be an important part of his ministry today.

In 2014, Dave became Executive Director of Hartstone Bible Camp in Potter Valley, California. Because God used a Christian camp as a significant part of his own testimony, Dave has long had a special appreciation for camping ministry and the unique opportunities it provides for spiritual growth, discipleship, and life transformation through the teaching of God's Word.

In addition to his leadership at Hartstone, Dave has served in a variety of local ministry roles, pursued further theological training through Cornerstone Seminary, and invested in the next generation of Christian leaders.

In 2025, Dave joined the pastoral staff of Ukiah Bible Church as Executive Pastor. He helps oversee church administration, ministry operations, leadership development, and worship ministries.

Those who know Dave best appreciate his love for Christ, his servant's heart, and his passion for helping people grow in their walk with God. He is a gifted leader who enjoys developing ministries, equipping others for service, and investing in the next generation. Whether through administration, discipleship, worship, or teaching, Dave desires to see God's people mature in their faith and the gospel proclaimed throughout the Ukiah Valley and beyond.

Dave and Julie have four children and consider it a great privilege to serve alongside the Ukiah Bible Church family.
